Each grain of our flours tells a story of taste and tradition.
We chose stone grinding because it is the oldest and still unsurpassed method in the production of high quality flours. We take care of the entire supply chain of our cereals, from the sowing of each single grain to natural stone grinding, thus ensuring healthy, genuine flours with an authentic taste. The knowledge of the territory and the great passion for our work have allowed us to select, over the years, the best varieties of cereals and most suitable for our climate, allowing us to use processing methods that respect what is most dear to us: environment and health. Everyday we grind soft wheat, durum wheat, buckwheat, spelled and corn, which we cultivate with love in our fields. Here at "ledolciterre" you can find an interesting selection of Zerbo products: soft wheat flours "Tipo 1" (the whitest and most refined, suitable for all recipes) and "Tipo 2" (semi-wholemeal, perfect for bread, pizza and pasta), and more rustic and fine polenta of the highest quality.
