So the cursed poet Guy de Maupassant describes the pleasure that only chocolate can give; and we are sure that, if he could have tasted the Bodrato one, he would have dedicated his verses to the products of this historic artisan company in our area.

Paola and Fabio draw daily from the ancient Piedmontese gastronomic traditions, carefully preparing the best interpretations of great classics (hazelnut, Boers, giandujotti, cremines and spreads chocolate) and experimenting with delicious contemporary innovations (spice tablets, pralines with Matcha tea, Maldon salt cremini chocolate).

The use of the best raw materials available, such as Garbagna cherries, IGP Piedmont hazelnuts and Pancalieri mint, makes these products of the highest quality and known all over the world.
Bodrato has always respected biodiversity and the work of artisans and farmers.

The result? Beautifully decorated chocolates (and not only), with a rich and tasty filling.
